What could it cost monthly?

Start with your own numbers. The vehicle price below is an example, not a bank offer.

Fixed-payment loan estimate

Enter a rate to explore, not an APR.

Planning input, not available bank terms.

Include a trade-in, payoff or additional costs

Do not repeat costs already in the price.

Estimated value, before loan payoff.

Ask the bank if this can be financed.

Add an interest rate and repayment period to see your estimated monthly payment and total interest.

For planning only, not a quote or approval. Assumes a fixed interest rate and equal monthly payments. Excludes fees unless you add them above. Totals use unrounded calculations; actual payments may differ. Does not include ongoing vehicle expenses. Calculator limits are not bank lending limits.

A clearer buying decision

Plan the purchase.
Not just the payment.

Bring the bigger picture into focus before choosing how to pay for your new car.

  1. Start with the full price

Ask for an itemized out-the-door price, including taxes, title and dealer charges. Keep optional add-ons separate so you can compare clearly.

  2. Know your contribution

Work out your cash down payment and the value of any trade-in, less what you still owe. Keep room in your budget for insurance and other ongoing costs.

  3. Ask about available financing

Talk with the bank before relying on a financing plan. Compare the interest rate, repayment period, fees and total cost, not just the monthly payment.

Before you take the next step

A few good
questions to ask.

Use the estimate as a starting point.
A conversation fills in the details.

Find your local office ↓
Can I arrange financing before visiting a dealership?

Ask Greenville Savings Bank what steps are available before you choose or purchase a vehicle. This page does not offer preapproval or confirm a particular vehicle-loan program.

Will a larger down payment change the estimate?

Yes. With the same cost, interest rate and repayment period, a larger down payment reduces the calculated amount borrowed and monthly payment. The bank must confirm any actual down-payment requirements.

Is the interest rate field the same as APR?

Not necessarily. This calculator uses an annual interest rate to estimate principal and interest payments. APR can also reflect certain borrowing fees. Ask the lender for both the interest rate and APR when comparing actual offers.

Does using this calculator send my information to the bank?

No. The calculator runs in your browser. It does not submit an application, check your credit or save your entries. Call the bank when you are ready to discuss your plans.
