NOTICE OF CHANGE TO GREENVILLE SAVINGS BANK’S FUNDS AVAILABILITY POLICY

Due to changes in Federal Regulation CC, Greenville Savings Bank’s Funds Availability Policy is changing effective July 1, 2025.

The July 1, 2025 inflation adjustments will increase the amount of funds that must be made available from check deposits. The adjustments are as follows:

  • The current $225 is changing to $275. The first $275.00 of a check deposit will be available on the first business day after the day we receive your deposit.
  • The current $5,525 is changing to $6,725. This covers large deposit exception holds (you deposit check(s) totaling more than $6,725 on any one day), new account holds, and repeatedly overdrawn account holds, which may delay the funds availability for a longer period and will generally be available no later than the seventh business day after the day of your deposit.

If we delay availability on a deposit, we will provide a notice of delayed availability to you promptly. Please contact us if you have questions regarding the changes described above or for a copy of our complete policy regarding your ability to withdraw funds.
